At a glance

Bouw & Infra distinguishes construction-site employees and UTA employees. UTA covers executive, technical and administrative functions. Their pay tables differ, so a single generic construction salary would be misleading.

Construction-site work: guarantee wage and actual wage

The guarantee wage belongs to the applicable function group. Actual agreed wages can include a performance component. Apprentices, younger workers and entry arrangements have separate tables; do not use the regular adult table for those situations.

UTA work: use the UTA salary table

UTA salary levels are presented separately from construction-site hourly wages. Check your classified function level, the date and the written actual salary. A function label such as planner or supervisor does not determine the correct level by itself.

Agency work in construction

Select the agency agreement and Bouw & Infra as the client agreement when that is the confirmed client CAO. The original construction agreement has provisions and an annex about agency work. Check these together with the agency package, including any relevant leave, working-time and fund arrangements.

Questions about this CAO

What is the difference between construction-site and UTA work?

They are separate employee categories in this agreement with different pay tables and some different conditions. Use the category confirmed in your employment documents.

Can I choose Bouw & Infra as the client CAO?

Yes. Choose agency work, select your agency agreement and then Bouw & Infra as the client agreement. The result is a reference for the client’s conditions.

Is the guarantee wage my complete gross wage?

Not necessarily. Your actual agreed wage may include additional components. Keep performance pay and other allowances visible.

Are travel hours the same as travel expenses?

No. Time and expenses are different items. Check both relevant provisions instead of treating a mileage payment as payment for all travel time.

Does this tool calculate a complete construction payslip?

No. It links the correct documents and shows a limited regular-adult construction-site wage reference. UTA, youth, apprentices, entry tables, pension and fund contributions need their own checks.
