For road freight and mobile-crane work, start with the exact agreement and function classification. “Logistics” is a broad description and does not automatically identify this CAO. Warehousing work can fall under a different agreement.

Match the scale and pay period

Check the scale, step and the correct hourly, weekly or four-weekly amount. The publisher provides separate wage tables and updates, which should be read alongside the complete agreement.

Separate working hours and reimbursements

A trip record may contain driving, other work, breaks and waiting. Expense reimbursements and travel-related payments are not the same as ordinary wages. Keep these components separate when comparing two offers.

Ask before applying a standard overtime rate

Schedules, time-off arrangements and the relevant provisions matter. The general allowance calculator can use a percentage you have verified, but this release does not automatically interpret a transport roster.

Questions about this CAO

Does every warehouse worker fall under this CAO?

No. The activities and scope of the employer’s agreement must be checked. A logistics job title is not conclusive.

Which wage table do I use?

Use the classification and table that apply to the work period. The FNV source page separates the agreement book and updated wage tables.

Can I count expense reimbursements as gross salary?

Do not combine them by default. Reimbursements and wage components serve different purposes and can have different treatment.

Why is no automatic transport premium filled in?

The tool does not yet interpret the full transport schedule and its exceptions. A manually entered, verified percentage remains available.

Are translated original documents available?

The publisher offers several translations. Use its source page and check the version of the translation separately from the Dutch original.
